thx !

對不很熟的工作關係,如果想客氣一點,可以說hope this mail finds you well.

如果對方是回復你的郵件,可以來一句thanks for your (prompt/kind) reply啥的。

Dear Mr./Mrs/... XXX,

How are you? / It is our honor having opportunities starting business with you. / Good morning, afternoon, evening, day... / Thank you for your email / prompt reply. / It was nice having conversation with you....

TEXTTEXTTEXTTEXT.....

Looking forward to your prompt reply. / Looking forward to our farther cooperation.

Best Regards.

NAME NAME

COMPANY NAME

How are you? 所有人

It is our honer having oppotunities starting business with you.

Good morning, afternoon, evening, day... 所有人

Thank you for your email / prompt reply.

It was nice having conversation with you.

How are you? How are you doing? How is it going? Hi.

It"s been a while.....

Dear XXX,

Greetings from XXX. / Hope you would be fine doing well at your place. / Kindly note that we are interested in XXXXX. / We understand that your company provides XXXXX. Please note that our customers requires XXXXX.

TEXTTEXTTEXT.

Awaiting for you reply. / Awaiting your soonest response. / Your prompt reply will be (highly) appreciated. / We look forward to hearing from you at the earliest. / Looking forward to your early and positive reply. / Hope to hear soon from you. / Looking forward to receive your enquiries at the earliest. / Hope to get your quick positive reply.

Thanks and Regards. / Warm Regards. / Yours Sincerely. / Kind Regards.

NAME NAME

COMPANY NAME

Greetings from XXX. 所有人

Hope you would be fine doing well at your place.

Kindly note that we are interested in XXXXX. / We understand that your company provides XXXXX. Please note that our customers requires XXXXX.

Awaiting for you reply.

Awaiting your soonest response.

Your prompt reply will be (highly) appreciated.

We look forward to hearing from you at the earliest.

Looking forward to your early and positive reply.

Hope to hear soon from you.

Looking forward to receive your enquiries at the earliest.

Hope to get your quick positive reply.

Thanks and Regards. / Warm Regards. / Yours Sincerely. / Kind Regards.

Dear X/Hello X/Hi X,

I hope you』re well.

I hope you are doing well.

I hope all is well.

I hope all is well since we last spoke.

I hope this email finds you well.

Thanks for your quick response.

Thanks for your introducing me to John.

Thanks so much for helping me out with this.

I look forward to your response.

I look forward to meeting you.

I wish you have a great vacation/trip/break.

Best Regards

和署名

Dear Questioner:

Thank you for your email/Good morning/Good afternoon.

This is an example of how to write a professional email. I think you should write all your emails professionally. However, if when you receive a reply presented in a casual way, it is OK for you follow his/her writing style.

With best wishes,

Clive Chen

或者 Good time!

Hope you are well!

Hope you have a nice day(weekend)!

Happy Christmas!

dears,

pls kindly note that…

B.R.

xxxxxx

How are you, my friend? Thank you for 巴拉巴拉的……
