專業的郵件簽名檔(商務)應該如何寫?

我的郵件簽名習慣如下:
首先是郵件結尾祝福語(有時候會改改,我很懶,所以一併簽名檔了):

工作順利,萬事如意!分隔線後的個人信息:
姓名 職位
公司名稱
公司地址
公司座機: 公司傳真:
個人商用手機: 個人QQ等即時通訊號:
公司郵箱:
公司官網:
公司商標(圖標)
公司法務免責要求(中英雙語):本郵件僅發給指定人員,郵件內容可能涉及保密信息,如果誤發貴處請郵件通知發件人並刪除此郵件,任何形式的複製、轉發或散布本郵件及其內容均屬違法行為。。

郵件簽名檔的目的是讓收到郵件的人知道是誰發的郵件,如果有問題可以及時的聯繫到發件人;特別是收件人轉發給他人後,他人可以不經介紹方/轉發方直接聯繫到發件人本人。所以如果要做個簡約版,至少要寫上姓名和手機號。
同時還有宣傳公司和個人品牌和產品的附加功能,所以如果職位還好看,有比較知名的公眾號博客地址,也都一併寫上吧,有興趣的客戶會點開來看,無形中可以增加自己的機會。
從這一點上講,和個人名片的效果是類似的。
公司的法務免責要求其實沒啥實際效用,不過既然公司要求,貼著也不費事,設完一次就永久享用了。
有兩個以上公司的,可以設置多個簽名檔,根據郵箱區分或者根據簽名檔小標題區分。
