專業的郵件簽名檔（商務）應該如何寫？

我的郵件簽名習慣如下：

首先是郵件結尾祝福語（有時候會改改，我很懶，所以一併簽名檔了）：

工作順利，萬事如意！

分隔線後的個人信息：

姓名職位

公司名稱

公司地址

公司座機：公司傳真：

個人商用手機：個人QQ等即時通訊號：

公司郵箱：

公司官網：

公司商標（圖標）

公司法務免責要求（中英雙語）：本郵件僅發給指定人員，郵件內容可能涉及保密信息，如果誤發貴處請郵件通知發件人並刪除此郵件，任何形式的複製、轉發或散布本郵件及其內容均屬違法行為。。

郵件簽名檔的目的是讓收到郵件的人知道是誰發的郵件，如果有問題可以及時的聯繫到發件人；特別是收件人轉發給他人後，他人可以不經介紹方/轉發方直接聯繫到發件人本人。所以如果要做個簡約版，至少要寫上姓名和手機號。

同時還有宣傳公司和個人品牌和產品的附加功能，所以如果職位還好看，有比較知名的公眾號博客地址，也都一併寫上吧，有興趣的客戶會點開來看，無形中可以增加自己的機會。

從這一點上講，和個人名片的效果是類似的。

公司的法務免責要求其實沒啥實際效用，不過既然公司要求，貼著也不費事，設完一次就永久享用了。

有兩個以上公司的，可以設置多個簽名檔，根據郵箱區分或者根據簽名檔小標題區分。
