有沒有一種方法，或者一段話，可以像主持人練習繞口令一樣，練習英文的發音和嘴皮子？

從理論上說，從練習發音的準確度來說，任何一段話都可以練習你的發音和你的嘴皮子。你敢很自信地說，某一句英語你說的完全沒有問題嗎？你敢很自信地說，你所有的音都很準確嗎？我想即便是中文，你也不敢拍著胸脯說，這段話你說的十分標準。所以，要練習你的嘴皮子，先從準確度開始。

然後，英文當中也有繞口令，和中文的繞口令一樣，很多繞口令可以幫助你發準確某一個音或者某幾個音。例如：

Whether the weather be fine or whether the weather be not.Whether the weather be cold or whether the weather be hot.We"ll weather the weather whether we like it or not.

這個繞口令幫助你聯繫w和th的音。

Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers. A peck of pickled peppers Peter Piper picked. If Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers, Where"s the peck of pickled peppers Peter Piper picked?

這個是幫助你發輔音P和短母音i和e這幾個音。

要練習發音或者練習嘴皮子還是要花功夫，模仿必不可少，你可以每天花一定量的時間來模仿，然後錄下來自己聽一下看看自己是不是說的跟你聽到的一樣。

單純練習語音的終極方法就是有語調的速讀（觀點來自於語言學家 Ann Cook 的《American Accent Training》）

書中終極練習材料是這一段，我做了標註

需要做的事情是

1. 標出你經常發錯的音節 th v 還是雙母音之類的

2. 標註語音現象連讀弱讀略讀同化縮讀

3. 標註重音美式語調叫做staircase intonation 意思是說像下樓梯一樣重讀的時候在最高處然後不斷下降到最低點之後遇到下一個重讀單詞重新回到最高處繼續下樓梯

有語調的速讀有效的本質原因是改變你口腔的肌肉結構。

話說回來了，中國人花了太長的時間研究怎麼說出一口像美國人一樣的英文，但是卻忽略了內容本身的重要性，作為一個外國人，如果你在美國沒當大官也不做大公司的高管，沒有人在意你發音好不好。很多發音好的中國人說英語的感覺就像是一個十幾萬塊錢的鋼琴的孩子，但是技術還是一個菜鳥，音樂也沒有表現力和創造力。語音是思想的載體，與其花時間研究怎麼提高語音，不如多讀讀英文書籍，讓自己的思想性感起來。
