I think the best word to describe this is "foodie" as many have said.

Epicure / foodie 前者正式,後者俚語。

詞典解釋

Foodies are people who enjoy cooking and eating different kinds of food. (INFORMAL)

A gourmet is someone who enjoys good food, and who knows a lot about food and wine.

An epicure is someone who enjoys eating food that is of very good quality, especially unusual or rare food. (FORMAL) = gourmand

A gourmand is a person who enjoys eating and drinking in large amounts. (FORMAL)

A gastronome is someone who enjoys preparing and eating good food, especially unusual or expensive food. (FORMAL) = gourmet

Bon vivant is a person with refined taste, especially one who enjoys superb food and drink.

UD解釋:

Foodie

March 28, 2006 Urban Word of the Day

A person that spends a keen amount of attention and energy on knowing the ingredients of food, the proper preparation of food, and finds great enjoyment in top-notch ingredients and exemplary preparation.

A foodie is not necessarily a food snob, only enjoying delicacies and/or food items difficult to obtain and/or expensive foods; though, that is a variety of foodie.

Because he was a foodie, he liked to collect menus from restaurants which prepared food he enjoyed.

可見,常用的就是foodie,意為愛吃(或貪吃)的人,其他都略含貶義,gourmet(讀作:鍋兒妹) epicure什麼的簡單講就是food snob。據我觀察,food snob真不少。
