join in our team主要是說team，聽起來更正式，（同時也生硬一點），人加入隊伍，是不同的東西。（並不是說有in更正式，而是強調team更正式）。

join正確。join in彆扭。說話的話肯定join。寫東西越短越對是一個很好的觀念。

join後跟團體或者組織，比如join the English club

join in等於take part in，後跟具體的活動，比如 join in the singing competition

我記得中學語法書上是這麼解釋的。

難道不是spoken language和written language嗎？

指定啦類別且同類的不用in，比如加入一個指定的群體，指定是指這個群體的屬性，人群，動物群，鳥群。類似於把x放到x的群體內。

例，鳥加入鳥群，人加入人群，你加入我們，我加入你們。

異類的用in，比如加入一個公司，一個社團，一個組織。類似於把x放到y的群體裡面。

例，他加入啦知乎，你加入啦籃球社，你加入啦新浪公司……等w(?Д?)w把你丟到海里一樣的感覺…
