英文常用辭彙與常用語句中可以用哪些辭彙與語句去替代會顯得更加禮貌與有教養？

- 表「應該」、「最好」，避免用you should, you"d better，建議用you"ll have to, you"ll be obliged to, it"s better (for you) to
- 表「請求」，避免用I want (you) to, can you...?, 建議用I"d like (you) to, could you please...?
- 問詢時，避免直接提問，建議加上excuse me, please等禮貌用語
- 容我再多想想……
- 有可能的話盡量用疑問句而不是祈使句。
- 語句本身要盡量完整，主語、助動詞、連詞、介詞等不要省略。
- Can用在別人身上用May/Could代替（注意這裡Could不是表示時態。）
- 請（Please）、謝謝（Thanks/Appreciate that）、對不起（Pardon/Sorry/Excuse me）等敬辭，有可能的話盡量用上。
- 用更高級的婉轉說法。
不禮貌的說法：Send me the report tomorrow.
禮貌一點：Can send me the report tomorrow? （改用疑問句）再禮貌一點：Can you send me the report by tomorrow? （補完整句子）較有涵養的：May you send me the report by tomorrow? （Can用May代替）更有涵養的：Excuse me, may you please send me the report by tomorrow? （加入敬詞）很有涵養的：Excuse me, it will be good if you can send me the report by tomorrow, and if it pleases you.（變換說法）
