經典的醫學英文教材有哪些（包括基礎課程和臨床專科）？

看多了國內的教材，實在是看不下去，很多事情都說不明白。很多需要翻閱文獻，後來查找外文書籍發現，這些基本的東西國外教科書說的都很清楚。特想請各位醫學大牛們推薦一些國外的醫學教材，呼吸病學，感染病學，診斷學等等

由於國外沒有統一的指定教材，教材出版充分市場化，因而醫學教材編撰普遍採用深入淺出的語言以闡述晦澀深奧的醫學理論而馳名，且來龍去脈，一目了然（對學生起點要求較低，非常適合自學），相對國內編寫的閹割版自然明白曉暢許多，最重要的是行文從始至終無不貫徹著循證精神（雖然中文指南早已與國外接軌，但國內教材編寫卻嚴重滯後，普遍缺乏循證精神，不遵守證據等級，像大部頭的實用內科、兒科等尚且如此，遑論大都尚未經過循證洗禮的醫學網站所提供的資料了）。國外教材詳於基礎論述，圖、表豐富精妙，但治療細則往往過於簡略，同時對一些少見疾病的闡述也比較粗略，因而並不能代替對文獻及指南的檢索，同時由於紙質媒介的更新一般較慢，加之近年國外循證醫學資料庫的強大、便捷，尤其是UpToDate及Best Practics的衝擊，紙質教材的重要性正逐漸下降，但對於初學者夯實基礎及培養循證思維還是很有意義的。以下主要分類列舉了一些國外常見的「聖經級」經典醫學著作。

西氏內科學《Goldman"s Cecil Medicine》2011 .24e（首先可以明確的是無論是Cecil還是Harrison，它們都只是教科書，翻譯成中文也都3000頁左右，跟臨五內科學比只是多了腫瘤、感染、重症、遺傳代謝、眼耳鼻喉、皮膚以及部分外科病等章節，二書的內容都極其簡潔而且鑒別圖表豐富，完全可以當作一般教材來通讀而非只是臨時用來查找的工具書，Harrison無論是彩印排版還是配套習題其實都更接近於教材，看著不像Cecil那麼嚴肅，但是二者在內容呈現上差別並不大）另有精要本
