首先看完句子，正常人肯定暈了，但是不要著急。

1，你只認識個In the............ organizations,中間的都不認識對吧，其實也沒有必要認識，因為它只是修飾，你只用知道這是在說一種組織。

2，讀到for了，for後面表目的，那麼它肯定是在講這個組織的作用。「fellowship,workship,and production」三個是並列，你認識一個就ok了。

3，讀到that了，這種情況一看是定語從句，實在讀不懂就跳過去，因為它翻譯成中文時，會成為這樣的狀態：xx的＋主語。舉個例子：圓圓的月亮。你不認識圓圓的，但你明白是在講月亮就行了阿。

4，最重要的來了，讀到這裡這個主語才出現了——individuals，謂語是interact，你只要讀懂個體和其他人打交道就ok了。

最不動腦子的一個辦法：把所有句子元素拆開後，翻譯成中文（對多義詞，先選一個你認為最合適的翻譯），然後看看怎麼組合最make sense。

我的習慣一般是找主句：和連詞介詞沒有特別邏輯關係的，就應該是主句了。然後連詞介詞（有些介詞會被省略，要注意），等通常是定語狀語。題主給的句子里，individuals could開頭到within前的這句，應該是主句。

句子結構不外乎是：主語+謂語+賓語 +各種狀語（沒有根據傳統的方法系統地研究過語法知識，總之我都是把主謂賓之外的東西歸為狀語的哈哈哈哈）

記住這一點就能把句子各個部分歸屬一下（以下歸屬和傳統的科學劃分方法應該是不符的！但是這是我用來理解各個英語長句的方法，並且屢試不爽至今沒有失敗過。）

英語的一句話（句號結束）永遠都只有一個謂語，其它成分都是圍繞這個謂語附加上去的。

找意群，分析意群的成分，就可以清楚地知道啦。其實我覺得根據語感讀一兩遍下來都能有個大概的感覺了的，句子是長了點，不過讀多幾遍就行啦，本句中就有定語和伴隨狀語比較明顯。當然單詞的意思和詞性是一定要清楚的。
