為了揣摩川普的語氣，我把這次演講看了一遍又一遍，花了很多功夫，很用心的完成了這篇翻譯。這次的演講篇幅確實很長，但肥而不膩，全是乾貨，將美國的現狀描述的一清二楚。

川普在威斯康辛的演講基調是沉重和悲憤，以國家內部矛盾為主線，再現諸葛亮罵死王朗的氣魄。而他在共和黨全國代表大會上的演講真叫一個心懷天下，直擊了美國面臨的所有重大問題和挑戰，並闡明了他將如何帶領美國走出困境。

川普在這次演講中提到了中國，涉及到了侵犯知識產權和操縱匯率等問題。中美在很多方面本來就是互相競爭的，川普處在那個位置，就必須得為美國著想。關鍵在於，川普是一個識時務的人，他一直都提倡美國收縮全球部署。而且一個大資本家竟然可以那麼不政治正確並且沒有意識形態偏見，這樣的人如果能當選總統，對中美關係對世界都是好事。最後，川普這種敢直面問題、敢把問題放在檯面上談的豪爽態度，比起其他撒謊成性兩面三刀的西方政客，孰優孰劣，大家自己心裡有桿秤。

演講中也發生了意外，一位抗議者突然鬧事，現場執法人員立馬想把她請出去，這時候鏡頭齊刷刷的擺了過去，現場一度失控，演講中止了近一分鐘，當時現場氣氛確實挺尷尬的。結果，川普臨危不亂強力控場，大喊：我們的執法人員是多麼的偉大！克利夫蘭是多麼的偉大！尷尬瞬間化解，全場一片歡呼。

這是川普威斯康辛演講稿的翻譯，也是我的作品。值得一看。

這場演講是見過的trump準備最充分，情緒調動最完美，一絲不苟，沒有任何嬉皮笑臉開玩笑的，嚴肅的演講。

75分鐘歷史上幾乎是最長的接受提名的演講，比柯林頓90年代接受提名的演講大約還長了10分鐘。

看了電視直播，之前trump女兒伊萬卡的演講加上他自己的演講，可以說是共和黨這幾天大會最成功的演講了，把昨天ted cruz不為trump背書，trump媳婦演講效仿米歇爾奧馬巴的負面新聞完全壓制掉了。

演講涵蓋了幾乎所有議題，內政外交國際貿易政策，槍支管理，經濟減稅計劃，黑人教育，LGBTQ，等等。他說美國因為希拉里的國際政策，造成了如今國際亂象，國內更是一團糟，讓美國在國際社會humiliated. 他是最了解system的人，是唯一的能夠獨自修復美國實力和尊嚴的人。

在場下的cnn主持人說，現場完全被trump的演講感染，充滿了energy，好多人眼睛濕潤。要知道，CNN以及NYtimes這些可都是非常不喜歡trump的。Nytimes更是早就宣布自己支持希拉里了。演講結束後，CNN一大幫評論員都在想詞挑刺。主持人感覺想不出什麼詞來，就問大會上是不是黑人太少了？完全就是白人的大會。於是都讓黑人評論員說。黑人評論員說，認為這篇演講太黑暗了，他聽了覺得terrified，會極大分裂社會，因為喜歡的trump的人會更加支持他，不喜歡他的人敬而遠之。

看CNN，NYtimes之後的文章都是在唱衰這場演講，說把美國形容的非常黑暗dark，只有他能解決，但又沒有任何實質措施。Fox的文章都在挺trump。

特朗普的氣場非常強，把握節奏，掌控全局，整個演講全程脫稿，是特朗普施政綱領的預演。特朗普演講很多，他的前妻說特朗普能說，脫稿演講一個小時沒問題，這個確實非常難得，特朗普具備政客的標準，無論他看問題的深度廣度和超前意識，還是他在商業上解決問題的案例，都證明他完全能夠勝任總統的能力。特朗普的演講喜歡引用數據，真實感很強，比如引用黑人的失業率問題，拉丁人的貧困，非法移民的危害，經濟上美國財政赤字，美國基礎行業的落後，奧巴馬的無能和賣國，美國底層的困惑以及美國的司法公正和秩序遭受的破壞。

剛看了文字版中文翻譯，看文字版看得都有些小激動，總結下來就是全心全意為美國人民服務，不是為了人類和世界服務，美國好世界才好。少點主義多些行動。眼前的苟且比詩和遠方要強一萬倍，沒有苟且遠方就是虛幻就是海市蜃樓。尊重法律和秩序，等待阿拉胡克巴的不再是愛和感化，是鐐銬和鍘刀。

我們將追究一切違反貿易規則的行為，追究任何一個行騙的國家。這就包括，要讓中國停止他們肆無忌憚的竊取知識產權的行為，停止他們的非法傾銷，停止他們毀滅性的貨幣操縱。他們是最惡劣的。他們是史上最大的貨幣操縱國！我們與中國的那些糟糕透頂的貿易協議，包括和其他國家的，都要徹底重新談判。這也包括重談北美自由貿易協議，給美國更優厚的條件。如果不給我們更好的條件，我們就退出。

為什麼脫稿？講真話為什麼要稿？

單說演講水平，近代史幾個站在世界巔峰的都是出類拔萃的。尤其以希特勒為甚。而他的一大特點就是脫稿，再加上豐富的肢體語言。

演講目標很明確，讓聽眾都覺得自己是超人，是可以通過行動改變命運的。

如果說屌絲三大幻覺，電話在響，這波穩贏，她喜歡我。

那麼皿煮選舉三大幻覺就是，他說的都能辦到，我也可以，選票改變命運。

所謂政治需要觀其言，察其行。政治是實現權力的手段。那麼，說的不一定要做，做的更不需要說。而實現的目的卻是做什麼。

比如說小孩子哭鬧，他的目的是宣洩情緒嗎？是為了製造噪音嗎？並不，往往是玩具，好吃的之類毫不相關的事情。

那麼對於川普，他要的是什麼呢？

總統！

要總統幹什麼？

Make American again！

如何實現？

博弈，談判。

那麼，美國是否需要一個講真話，使用談判解決問題的總統呢？

需要！任何時候都需要！

那麼很好，國家和個人的需求是一致的。

油管上看的live，基本上還是老調子的煽動性演講，有一句讓我印象深刻

"For those who don"t have a voice, I am your voice."

基本主題還是American first，川普時不時地會節奏性地附和台下的」USA！USA！USA！」的口號，在調動群眾氛圍上川普確實是大師

當然，很多他說的話基本是靠誇大危機來獲取政治資本，聽著聽著我還以為明天燈塔國就要亡國了，有點讓我想起那句」中華民族到了，最危險的時刻」……

雖然有些紕漏明眼人一眼就能看，但受教育差的人還是很容易分不清哪些是facts哪些是manipulation的，anyway, 川普的民族主義還是代表了相當部分底層民眾的訴求的，換成Cruz或者Kasich我很難想像現場情緒能如此高昂
