問題在於我現在年紀大些了，我已經40歲了，而這個東西(科技)改變不了世界，真的改變不了。對不起，真是這樣。有了孩子，你對這些東西的看法真的就改變了。我們出生，然後短暫地活過一生，然後死去。很久以來一直都是這樣。

這個問題讓我想起了當年準備托福的時候，一直朗讀他在斯坦福的畢業演講。我對他最後的那句stay hungary stay foolish一直沒什麼感覺，反而有時看到別人惡搞的stay full, stay smart讓人覺得眼前一亮。

但是在文章中間的這句話，的確是觸及到了我的心靈：

Your time is limited, so don』t waste it living someone else』s life. Don』t be trapped by dogma – which is living with the results of other people』s thinking. Don』t let the noise of other』s opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.

可能中國長大的小孩習慣於讓父母來操辦很多東西吧，而且中國的環境很壓抑，party的愚民教育很多時候讓人們生活得沒有方向。而且多年以來在中國的風氣，使得人多少愛面子，愛攀比和喜歡跟風。學習如此，工作如此，創業亦如此。後來我看到這段話的時候，猛得意識到自己應該去思考一下真正想去做的是什麼，自己最終想要成為一個怎樣的人。

1、We all have a short period of time on this earth,we probably only have the opportunity to do a few things really great and do them well,None of us has any idea how long we are going to be here,nor do I,but my felling is I"ve got to accomplish these things while I"m young.

活著就是為了改變世界，難道還有其他原因嗎？

你想用賣糖水來度過餘生，還是想要一個機會來改變世界？

向那些瘋狂的傢伙們致敬。他們特立獨行，他們桀驁不馴，他們惹事生非，他們格格不入，他們總是異想天開，既不喜歡循規蹈矩，也不尊重既成事實。你可以讚美他們，否定他們，引用他們，質疑他們，頌揚抑或是詆毀他們，但唯獨不能漠視他們。因為他們進行著變革，他們發明，他們想像，他們治癒，他們探索，他們創造，他們啟迪，他們推動著人類的進程。或許他們是別人眼裡的瘋子，但卻是我們眼中的天才，因為只有瘋狂到認為自己能夠改變世界的人，才能真正做到這一點。

出售夢想，而不是銷售產品。

要想按照大眾的需求設計產品真的很難，在大多數情況下，人們根本就不知道自己需要什麼產品，因此在他們知道自己的產品需求之前，主動告訴他們他們所需要的產品。

如果你很忙，除了你真的很重要以外，更可能的原因是：你很弱，你沒有什麼更好的事情去做，你生活太差不得不努力來彌補，或者你裝作你很忙，讓自己顯得很重要。

自由從何而來？從自信來，而自信則是從自律來！先學會克制自己，用嚴格的日程表控制生活，才能在這種自律中不斷磨練出自信。自信是對事情的控制能力，如果你連最基本的時間都控制不了，還談什麼自信？

你的時間有限，所以不要為別人而活。不要被教條所限，不要活在別人的觀念里。不要讓別人的意見左右自己內心的聲音。最重要的是，勇敢的去追隨自己的心靈和直覺，只有自己的心靈和直覺才知道你自己的真實想法，其他一切都是次要。

「記住你即將死去」幫我指明了生命中重要的選擇。因為所有的榮譽與驕傲，難堪與恐懼，在死亡面前都會消失，我看到的是留下的真正重要的東西。當你擔心你將失去某些東西時，「記住你即將死去」是最好的解藥，如果你能夠清空一切，你沒有理由不去追隨自己的內心。

你不能預先把點點滴滴串在一起，唯有未來回顧時，你才會明白那些點點滴滴是如何串在一起的。所以你得相信，你現在所體會的東西，將來多少會連接在一塊。你得信任某個東西，直覺也好，命運也好，生命也好，或者業力。這種作法從來沒讓我失望，也讓我的人生整個不同起來。

佛教中有一句話：初學者的心態；擁有初學者的心態是件了不起的事情。不要迷惑於表象而要洞察事務的本質，初學者的心態是行動派的禪宗。所謂初學者的心態是指，不要無端猜測、不要期望、不要武斷也不要偏見。初學者的心態正如一個新生兒面對這個世界一樣，永遠充滿好奇、求知慾、讚歎。

我在17歲時聽到一句話，大意是：「如果每一天都彷彿是你生命中的最後一天，總有一天你會發現你是對的。」當時我就震驚了，此後的33年內，每個早晨我都對著鏡子問自己：「如果今天是我生命中的最後一天，我願意做今天打算做的事情嗎？」每當連續幾天答案都是否定的時候，我就知道我需要換換思路了。

有時候生活會給你當頭一棒，但不要灰心，你要堅信讓你不斷前行的唯一力量就是熱愛你所做的一切。所以你得找到自己喜歡什麼，選擇愛人時如此，選擇工作時同樣如此。你必須找到自己鍾愛的職業，你的工作將佔據你生活的很大一部分，所以你得到滿足的唯一途徑就是去做你信念中偉大的事業，而要成就偉大的事業就必須鍾愛你所做的工作。如果你還沒有找到，繼續尋找，不要停下你的腳步。
