作為一個電氣專業的學生，ieee檢索文獻對我們來說是必須要學會使用的一個工具。

我們都知道IEEE，即電氣電子工程師學會，是目前全球科學技術領域領先的專業機構。

用得不好。覺得對不起每年交的錢。所以先回答一個看看別人怎麼用的。

首先，你得學會辨別真假ＩＥＥＥ會議。都知道ＩＥＥＥ會議質量高，但現在口碑卻在下滑，原因就是大量機構以ＩＥＥＥ之名魚目混珠，騙人蔘會賺錢。萬一你以為它是ＩＥＥＥ會議，去了沒學到東西不說，還被騙了，豈不是冤死？

如果你碰到這些會議發送給你的郵件邀請，別猶豫，趕緊拉黑。

這些可都是外國網友在網上曝光過的假會、垃圾會議。

I don"t know about other
researchers, but I get inundated with e-mails about upcoming conferences from
organizations I"ve never heard of, on topics that, at best, only tangentially
relate to my work. I think that most of these are put on by for-profit groups
that try to cash in on hot topics……He went so far as to
contact the venues and speakers listed by the scammers, and of course none of
those listed had ever heard of the conference.

我不知道其他研究者是怎樣的，但是我從那些從來沒有聽說過的機構那裡收到參會邀請郵件……我認為他們中的大多數是以營利為目的的組織，有朋友長了個心眼，按照郵件上的信息去聯繫了機構、演講嘉賓，但是他們表示根本沒有聽說過這些會議。

Me and my UFL and UGA friends started a
study on WORLDCOMP. We submitted a fake paper to WORLDCOMP 2011 and again (the
same paper with a modified title) to WORLDCOMP 2012.

Also, our paper did not express any
conceptual meaning. However, it was accepted both the times without any
modifications (and without any reviews) and we were invited to submit the final
paper and a payment of $500+ fee to present the paper. We decided to use the
fee for better purposes than making Prof. Hamid Arabnia (Chairman of WORLDCOMP)
rich. After that, we received few reminders from WORLDCOMP to pay the fee but
we never responded.

我和我的大學同學在WORLDCOMP中學習，我們向WORLDCOMP 2011投了一篇論文，之後我們修改了標題後，又投給了WORLDCOMP 2012。我們的論文沒有表達任何有意義的觀點。然而，論文兩次都被接受了，並且一點也沒有修改，我們還被邀請投終稿並且付500美金的版面費。不過我們決定把這筆錢拿來干點別的。

Many Universities
consider that many IEEE Conferences are garbage. Some of them consider that
even in the IEEE Journals the review is quite ridiculous and has only to do
with your public relations in IEEE and its conferences or if you have put as
co-author some important editor of IEEE

這些假會嚴重影響了IEEE的聲譽，一些人甚至認為IEEE會議都是垃圾，有些人認為IEEE的期刊文章是非常荒謬的。

Avoid any relation with them and avoid , by
the way any relation with the fake IAENG conferences, We recommend against

IEEE是非盈利機構，是電子工程師，計算機工程師和計算機科學家學術交流的平台，大量充斥的假會議卻打著IEEE的名號到處招搖撞騙。
