當學生的辭彙量要從高考四六級擴展到出國考試如托福/雅思/SAT/GRE時，學生最需要快速掌握的是「詞根詞綴構詞法」這一概念，這樣學生才可以快速擴展辭彙量，甚至在考試時遇到不認識的單詞的時候可以大概知道辭彙意思。所以這些歌曲在幫助學生記住單詞的同時，我還會給他們分析一些值得去作詞根詞綴講解的單詞。在本回答中，這一部分附在歌詞後面。

第一首歌是黑眼豆豆的 &，難度係數：2顆星，大部分單詞是入門級別的出國英語考試單詞，所以這首歌是我在第一節單詞課會推薦給學生的「入門曲」。

這首歌是一首著名的反戰歌曲，Justin Timberlake 也在其中獻聲哦！旋律非常好聽，歌詞也很有意義，推薦給大家。只是想一想這首歌在2003年就發布了，轉眼已十幾年過去了，戰火併沒有停止，唉......

terrorism 包含了詞根 terr, 這個拉丁源的詞根意思是 to frighten (使驚恐，使受驚嚇)，或者是 earth（陸地）。

當 terr 表示恐嚇的時候，含有它的單詞有：terrible,terribly, terrific（可怕的，嚇人的）,terrify, terror, terrorism, terrorist（恐怖分子）, terrorize（威脅，恐嚇；使恐怖）, deter（制止，組織；使不敢）

其中要注意的有： -ble 是形容詞詞根； -ly是副詞詞根； -ism 是名詞詞根表示「XX主義」； -ist 是名詞詞根表示「XX的人」； -ize 是動詞詞根表示「使…；變得…」

像污穢搖籃這種喜歡用隱喻手法寫歌詞的就是高冷到GRE里都看不到那些詞，缺點是你沒法跟著唱因為不看歌詞還以為他們只是在叫而已。

次一點的話很多相對小清新一點的年輕但也很嚴肅的樂隊，如Epica、Tristania等偶爾可以找到托福辭彙

再次一點的更流行化更趨向Emo而不是哥特的比如Evanescence、Within Temptation、Nightwish等入門級對付大學英語和雅思應該夠了。。。

從說唱角度來說，既然有人提到了blackalicious，我覺得也不僅僅是alphabet aerobics，其他的比如chemical calisthenics也是類似，各種化學單詞。。個人是很喜歡blazing arrow 這張專輯的。
