面試失敗後,你收到過最有情懷的拒信是怎樣的?
題主是某互聯網公司的HR,負責招聘。
在這個行業久了,發現如果候選人面試不通過,不給他任何通知彷彿成了行業潛規則。理由有很多,有的有道理,有的是借口。但無論如何,給予候選人面試結果的通知應該是最基本的尊重。我們內部已經達成了共識,要改變這種現狀。要做就要做好,我們不希望給候選人一封冷冰冰的郵件。
所以,請知乎的小夥伴們支招。期望得到一些靈感。感謝小夥伴們!

那就每一封都不一樣咯,點評一下別人的面試,優缺點都說,給別人的職業生涯一些指導,給人推薦其他公司的職位,給別人寫推薦信等等,總之要量身定做。
然而這又很沒有效率,增加了成本/面。然而很多人也不給面子的,覺得你們虛偽,嘿嘿嘿。我在以前的公司,有這樣的做法,凡事早上來面試的,都請吃中午飯。過來面試的人,都報銷高鐵票,長途汽車票,公交車票也報銷。我覺得這才有誠意吧。
Director 突然加我微信,告訴我公司突然取消了他們team擴張的預算,所以我收不到offer了。
給我抱歉了好幾次,還表示以後有機會一定再推我進組。我說謝謝,我已經決定去M$了。
Director 沉默半響說,能給我介紹一下么?手動滑稽。說的就是你,大連埃森哲。去年毫無產品實習經驗的我投了有道產品實習生的崗位,一面通過了,二面被拒,下面是有道產品總監羅媛給我發的拒信。
二面之後很久沒有聯繫一般就是被拒了,但當時還比較「年輕」並不知道這點,所以一直詢問聯繫我的HR童鞋,也一直沒有得到回復。後來就直接聯繫了羅媛,很快收到了拒信,當時還有三天就要過年了。對於一個產品小白,羅老師完全可以無視,但她不僅卻回復了,而且送上了祝福。說實話,收到拒信心裡肯定不是滋味,而且還是在過年的時候,但這封拒信確實讓我在傷痛之餘沒有喪失信心。

首先我想給出問題的朋友點一個贊。你的本職工作做得不錯。
如果不想給對方一個冷冰冰的郵件,就建一個微信群,把他們都丟進去。保持聯繫就好。
記住:每個人都是一個中心。多幫助別人,必有貴人相助。看到題目忍不住回答,兩年前收到最有溫度拒信,現在還印象猶深。我覺得Mars的招聘做到極致了,非常值得學習。(Strengths Opportunities是個性化的哈,而且評價十分中肯)

我覺得前面說拉一個微信群呀之類的,還是可以做一做的。
我之前也考慮過是否可以加一句:如果你需要更詳細的面試反饋,請郵件聯繫我! 但是,發現有的時候遇到死纏濫打的候選人心真的好累,也糾結要不要加上。
ruff是我一直比較關注的一個做智能硬體的公司,上個月投了簡歷,然後是筆試,雖然悲劇了,但是對方還是很詳細的給我指出了我存在的問題,讓我受益匪淺。
「你長得太帥,我們擔心你不能踏實做事。」「哦-_-」
說老實話,拒信越短越好。不管你說的再熱情洋溢,五光十色,充滿遺憾和無奈,快要衝上去擁抱對方,這封信在對方眼裡只有兩個特徵:1. 拒信,2. 群發的。
你能體會迫切想知道結果的時候卻找不到關鍵詞,滿篇都是彎彎繞的文字的時候,讀者的心情嘛?我現在最喜歡的就是短拒信,越短越好。你都把人家拒了,還讓人家看那麼多場面話,以免對你公司留下不好的印象?對不起,大家都這麼忙……利益相關:收過大概不少於100封拒信……只要你不給候選人一種你一定可以被錄用的錯覺,然後其實並不錄用你,就像死了一樣杳無音信就好。不錄用,馬上告訴他。候選人會很感激你的,因為他們可以沒有期待的投入下一份面試了。

雖然被拒但還是要微笑的活下去(微笑臉
我第一次給人發拒絕的簡訊之後,思考了好久,編輯了好久,手機打字,打了刪,刪了打,最後語言組織好認為比較合適的委婉的簡訊發過去,過了一會對方回復:不好意思你發錯了。。。。。我看了下手機號,真的發錯了

忘了說了,後來複制粘貼給當事人發過去,許久,對方回復「哦」
我覺得重點不是怎麼拒絕面試者,而是如果不錄用, 一定要及時給通知,這是最基本的尊重啊。措辭什麼的其實真不重要,一般的禮貌性拒絕就OK了啊。我覺得一般面完之後給回復的時間最好在兩天到三天之內,發簡訊發郵件打電話都可以,重要的是不要音訊全無,跟皮包公司似的。
