哪些影視作品有特別精彩的辯論和演講環節？

國內外皆可。

2007年，美國曾經出了一部以辯手為主題的電影，由影帝丹澤爾·華盛頓自導自演，從演員（還有另一位奧斯卡影帝福里斯特·惠特克）到導演，甚至剪輯和攝像都是奧斯卡級別。
當然，因為冗長粗陋的敘事節奏，該片非常正常的在票房上顯得不夠突出，只有區區3000萬美元。
不過想想電影預算1500萬美元的友情價，這電影也算賺的還可以了。

但這一切都不妨礙這部影片在後續的流傳中發芽、生長，成為一部跨越了種族、時代，當然也跨越了所謂辯手身份的優秀電影。

它叫《The Great Debaters》。
我個人比較喜歡的譯名是，《偉大辯手》。

這是我僅知的以辯手這個特殊群體為主角和衝突的影視作品。而電影在對於辯手這一獨特群體的描繪畫面，也是我所僅知的，最為寫實、厚重和妥帖的。
當然。
站在今時今日我們華語辯論的語境下，電影所描繪的辯論，不僅散發著敦碩的思韻，同時，還能體味到一種來自理想主義的劇烈撕扯。

當年在役的時候，其實我其實更喜歡女辯手薩曼莎·布科在半決賽的那一場比賽中的表現。
不過多年之後，我會發現，那個憨憨的小胖子在哈佛的殿堂上，那一場關於「不服從」的陳詞，確實稱得上精彩。

有趣的是，
電影是以真實故事改編的，影片中的辯手大部分確有其人。而他們在故事以後的歲月里，有的成為了詩人，有的成為了種族解放運動的代表人物，為了黑人在那個國度的權利，一直辯護終生。
而威利學院辯論隊，卻淹沒在了時間裡。
沒有繼承下來。

後來本片導演給這學院捐了100萬。
重建了辯論隊。

2011年奧斯卡最佳影片、力壓當年導演是大衛芬奇的最佳熱門：社交網路

影片講述了1936年英王喬治五世逝世，王位留給了患嚴重口吃的艾伯特王子，後在語言治療師萊納爾·羅格的治療下，克服障礙，在二戰前發表鼓舞人心的演講。

其實國產電視劇有一些文戲還是很精彩的。可能是母語的原因，我們對於國產電視劇演員對白要求有時候會更高一些。

1. 北平無戰事

第二集末尾曾可達與林大濰法庭對辯

曾可達：
「談主義，各為其主，我理解你。可我現在不跟你談主義，只跟你談做人。你既然信奉了共產黨，就該在共產黨那裡拿薪水養自己、養家人。一邊接受黨國的培養，拿著黨國給你的生活保障包括醫療保障；一邊為並沒有給你一分錢給養的共產黨幹事。端黨國的碗砸黨國的鍋，這樣做人你就從來沒有內心愧疚過嗎？」

林大濰「既然你不談主義，我也不談主義。國民黨和共產黨，誰的主義是真理，歷史很快就會做出結論。我回答你關於做人的兩個問題吧。第一，你說是國民黨給了我生活保障，請問國民黨給我的這些生活保障都是哪裡來的？你無非是想說食君之祿忠君之事那套封建倫理，不要忘了，中國最後一個封建王朝已經在辛亥革命中被推翻了。孫中山先生說過自己是君了嗎？說過大家都是拿他的俸祿了嗎？你問我，我這就告訴你，你們，包括你們的蔣總統所拿的俸祿都是人民的。」

曾可達：
「我就想聽你這句話，尤其想讓你活著，讓你看看我們是怎樣把一個又一個侯俊堂都抓出來受審。《陸海空軍刑法》特赦條例，凡國軍人員通共者只要幡然悔悟，自首反正，可行特赦。你的案子是建豐同志親自過問的，建豐同志有交代，只要你自首反正，我們可以立刻讓你和你的家人到國外去，政府提供一切生活保障。也不要你再為哪個黨干任何事。看看你的這頭白髮，看看你的這個身子，才四十幾歲的人，你已經夠對得起共產黨了。」

林大濰微微笑了：
「你們的調查也太不認真了。我林大濰曾經有一個妻子，早在十年前就被軍統殺了。這十年我連婚都沒結過，哪來的家人。至於我個人，我也不想說自己多高尚的話。這次受了刑怕我死去，中統方面給我做了治療檢查，問問你們的徐主任，他會告訴你。我這樣的人還值不值。」
