一個流感病毒基因組資料庫。儘管NCBI裡面也有流感病毒基因組資料庫，但二者並不是完全重合的。兩者之間的區別在於，NCBI上的基因序列一經公布則可以隨意引用，所以會出現毒株是我辛辛苦苦分離的序列分析的文章卻被別人槍發了這樣的狗血狀況，這樣一些人在分離到新毒株的時候會不願意及時公布出來，但序列不公布又不利於流感病毒流行病學研究和疾病的防控，所以GISAID的註冊協議則加強了對基因序列提交者利益的保護，鼓勵科學家提交病毒基因序列。

生化除了ncbi以外再加一個protein database，軟體配合pymol。在google上一搜就有。
