產前診斷。。感覺略毀三觀。。
雖然自閉症受到基因遺傳的影響，但是患者剛出生時和普通嬰兒沒什麼區別的，到四個月時才出現一點點微小的區別。發病機制很可能是由於在出生後這段時間出現了很隱匿的病毒感染或是自身免疫反應傷了腦子，使患兒最後在兩三歲時發病。所以努力的目標在於如何在出生後儘早發現，並且在無法挽回之前扭轉這一系列的炎症反應。
別以為這樣聽起來很low，一直以來自閉症大多在三歲之後甚至上小學之後才發現，也以為這是像唐氏症一樣天生的無可避免的疾病(確實有一部分是伴隨出生缺陷的)。然而現在逐漸發現自閉症是由嬰兒期的自身免疫反應引起，這麼一來只要做到早期診斷，就能「預防」大部分的自閉症。
好吧我不該說這麼多，以上內容主要是之前去開會的時候聽到別人報告的，還只是遠大的夢想，不存在於現實中。
治療還是那些，例如好好學講話，增進社會功能等等。

自閉症患兒應該是無法做產前診斷的，因為它是一種神經系統發育障礙，也就是說其核心癥狀是在發育過程中一點點展現的，初生兒本身神經系統就沒有發育好，別說產前了，我做了那麼多年學前特教老師，看到的自閉症幼兒初生時大多打分都是滿分也就是完全顯示正常。對於自閉症而言更重要的是儘早發現，儘早干預。
