如何複習平時摘錄的英語片語？

平時上網看書英語軟體會摘錄一些片語，摘錄之後也會定點複習，但效果不好，特別是一些較為口語化的片語，平時用不上，也不知道該怎麼複習，基本看過就忘。
請教該如何系統進行複習及方法？

語彙不是靠「背」下來的，而是靠「滾」下來的，一遍又一遍地來回「滾」，才能記下來。靠每天背一堆新單詞和片語來擴大辭彙量，是不可取的：你今天背得滾瓜爛熟的單詞，兩個星期後還記得的，恐怕不到一半，再過幾個月就更不好說了。記憶象壓路機一樣，要靠反覆、來回來去的「滾動」、「滾壓」，才會深深記錄到腦海里。不要死記硬背，而要大批量來回反覆地看。每天都把你抄錄好詞好句的筆記多看幾遍（優先看近幾天、尤其是今天剛剛摘錄的東西，趁熱打鐵），尤其睡覺前一定翻一遍，早上一睜眼，躺在床上再快快翻一遍，這樣會很快加深記憶。每天看上百個句子 / 片語 —— 而且連續來回看幾天，幾天後開始看新的一批了，但照樣每天回過頭來把前一批句子、單詞都快快地「捋」一遍。看得越熟的東西，「捋」得越快，但不能偷懶、跳過去，而是即便知道也要非常快地掃一遍，加深記憶。

死背下來的單詞，你只知其一，不知其二，根本不會用，也難以領會它與其它詞語搭配後的意思。而按照上面說的那樣「反覆滾壓」記下來的，不僅是生詞，而且包括了非常具體的用法。你反覆看了，才能體會各種詞義的不同、也更容易記牢並學會使用，寫作時「詞語枯竭」、或張冠李戴把單詞用錯地方的現象也會越來越少。

用：現學現用 ------- 把你剛記下的英語好詞好句儘快用起來。我一向主張學英語要搞專題：比如，這2個星期你關注的都是「廣告、網站、電郵等英語營銷材料的創作」方面的東西，你每天摘錄的語彙自然也都基本都是這方面的。寫英語作文的時候，最怕的就是「提筆沒詞」（坦率地回答自己：你從「XX辭彙寶典」里背了那成千上萬個單詞中，每次你動筆時真正能用上、並且有把握用對用準的單詞，有幾個？佔千分之幾還是萬分之幾？）。可你既然近來每天都在看、摘錄這方面的東西，這幾天要你動筆寫個網頁上的公司簡介、推銷XX產品的郵件那類東西，你把剛摘錄的好詞好句拿來派用場的機會、把你閱讀時產生的靈感付諸實施的機會，自然就會比老師突然要你寫個「關於男女平等問題」的作文時多得多，這自然也就意味著你「提筆沒詞」的可能性大大降低。即便遇到說不出、或說不好的東西，你今後幾天里「巧遇」合適的表達法的可能性，也比平時高很多 ------ 現用現學，體會最深、記得最牢。

死記硬背下來的東西，其實還不是你的；只有你自己動筆、動口時用過、並且你很有把握用對了地方（甚至還有些小小的自鳴得意），這時候你記下的英語好詞好句才真的是你的了。

補充： 聽過一本有聲書： How We Learn, by Benedict Carey. 裡面講到幾個現象有點兒意思：

1. 哪一個做法的記憶效果更好： 是來來回回背好，還是背一下之後就來回「測驗」自己？ 心理學家們的測驗結果：用同樣的時間，先花 30% 的時間背，然後來回測試自己，發現不足之處後注意有針對性地背，效果會更好。 ----- 這一條尤其適用於短期記憶。

2. 給推崇「我每天堅持一天苦練2小時聽寫」、或「我每天記 20 個單詞」的同學：3組實驗對象，都給 6 天時間，學習、練習做同樣的A, B, C 3 件事, 哪個訓練套路最後效果最好 ----

第一組的時間安排是「集中定向訓練」 ---- 6 天的訓練日程是每 2 天只訓練做一件事，所以 6 天的訓練時間表是 A, A; B, B; C, C.

第二組是隔天集中訓練一個項目，所以6天的日程是 A, B, C, A, B, C。

第三組是每天都訓練做 A, B, C 三件事，每一天訓練時間裡，都是 ABC, ABC, 輪流做 X 遍。

這 6 天里，三組人做每一件事的重複遍數、每天訓練的時間等，都是完全一樣的。

到第七天，對三組人分別測試。哪個組表現最好？第三組 ----- 每天都 ABC、ABC、ABC 穿插著來回訓練的那一組！ 其次是第二組，最差的是「每一個項目集中2天專門訓練」的那個第一組！

這個基本上是沒什麼立竿見影的好方法。

學習一門語言最重要的是要運用起來，無論是說出來還是寫出來，這都是運用。如果你只是單純的去背一個單詞或是片語，即使是背得滾瓜爛熟，在你真正想表達那個意思的時候，你都不一定會想起來那個你背的很熟的片語。

但是，作為一個在沒有英語環境中的我們來說，背也是必須的。

首先，就像前幾位說的那樣，就是來回的背，一般人都是這樣的，除非像黃蓉那樣過目不忘。這其中還需要毅力在裡邊，你想俞老師花了三年背下了一本詞典，這需要多大的毅力，一般人背個三五天肯定就煩了。所以就是不斷地背，重複重複再重複。

其次，最好就是在背的過程中用那個片語造一個句子。這樣看似比較慢，浪費時間，但是實則不僅可以讓你加深印象，還可以讓你真正提高英語的運用能力。可謂是一舉多得的方法。

最後，要想真正的提高英語水平，就應該為自己打造一個英文環境。比如看英文電影，閱讀英文書籍，用英文軟體，上英文網站。只有在這麼一個環境中接收運用，接收是基礎，運用是重點，才能在潛移默化中真正的提高。
