永遠不要太掏心掏肺的英文怎麼說？

最近無論是愛情還是友情，都出現了很大危機。總結之後，發現原因其實就是：我對於任何一個人都太過於掏心掏肺，以至於得不到相應的回報，我就會失落，不平，憤恨....最後導致離愛人和朋友越來越遠。

我想去紋身，紋在腳踝上。提醒自己，愛可以，但是不要從一開始就對所有人掏心掏肺。

但是一直不知道用什麼詞合適。never..... 想要簡短一點但能表達意思的詞。
