補充~論壇上有人回復小黃人是以亞洲人特點為原型（「影射我天朝」）：
1.黃色
2.說話詞語中帶中文，日語，韓文發音
3.數量眾多，底層勞工，有思維沒思想。喜歡跟風，盲目樂觀，吃苦耐勞，沒有人權，貪小便宜，無視規則
4.搶冰淇淋，火箭發射場景似曾相識
5.打乒乓球
管它是什麼，小黃人萌爆了。

官方稱他們叫minions，翻譯成中文就是小小兵。
就像樓上說的，官方稱小小兵是由變異的DNA，脂肪酸和香蕉泥組成的，不過好像是生物，並且是有Gru創造的。
